By displaying products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your order.
The contract is concluded when you accept the offer by clicking the final purchase button.

The contract language is English. We store the contract text and send you the order details and our Terms & Conditions via email.
4. Delivery Conditions
- Shipping is free of charge.
- Delivery is made exclusively via shipping (no pickup).
- No delivery to parcel locker stations.
5. Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory warranty rights apply. Any additional guarantees are specified in the respective product descriptions.
6. Shipping, Refunds & Vouchers
Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise individually agreed.
A voucher will only be issued if the customer requests it, or in cases where a refund is not possible due to hygiene regulations.
Exclusion from the Right of Return (Hygiene & Health Protection – §312g Abs. 2 No. 3 BGB)
The following items are excluded from returns:
- Hair styling products that cannot be hygienically processed after use.
- Oils and other liquid skincare products that have been opened or used.
- Product bundles (e.g., serum & cleansing oil) unless returned complete, unopened, and in original sealed packaging.
Important Note:
The 14-day money-back guarantee applies only to unopened and originally sealed products.
Opened or used products may be refunded in the form of a voucher equal to the product value, where applicable.
We kindly ask for your understanding, as we are required to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
